I go by many titles and names and none of them QUITE get the full scope of what I do with my clients, but I can promise you this: I LOVE what I do and I do it with power and passion for the POSSIBLE.
I am a graduate-level educated, trauma-informed, certified professional practitioner in the healing arts, psychology and metaphysics.
I combine the mystical and magickal with evidence-based science and practice to create a unique approach to coaching that provides deep and meaningful insight into our circumstances, behaviors, emotions, mental states and beyond, and can lead us to catalyst moments of healing and transformation.
I am not a therapist, I am a coach.
Therapists are awesome at what they do. I have one and I recommend them!
But that is not what I do…
I do root to tip healing: Mind, Body, Spirit, Energy. I do return to innocence and authenticity. I do reclaiming your power from the inside, out.
I have walked first hand through life-long people-pleasing, childhood trauma, witch wounds, generational wounds, abandonment, chronic illness, medical/narcissistic/domestic/physical/sexual/mental/verbal/psychological/emotional abuse, suicidal tendencies and attempts, C-PTSD/PTSD, loss, grief, and self-worth issues, coping mechanisms and toxic behavior formation, spiritual awakening and dark nights of the soul.
I have LIVED darkness. I know what it is to feel helpless and hopeless. I am still healing. I am still growing. andI see possibility and beauty EVERYWHERE, because I have found that there REALLY is an instruction manual for life. YOUR life. You have been divinely designed with transcendent patterns of cosmic energy alignments, messages as ancient as the stars themselves, in a pattern as unique as a snowflake and as infallibly tangible as 2+2.
